Known issues at launch

There are a couple minor bugs I am aware of but I wanted this released on Xmas and they were only cosmetic and didn't impact game issues

#1 The E: and SCORE: 0000000 sometimes get overwritten by a star on init, it isn't every time just sometimes and as soon as you do something that updates the kill count or score it's redrawn. Will fix when I circle back 
#2 Level 6 music the second voice is too quiet on NTSC, i had to tweak the tunes to make them work on both platforms and it seems to have made it quiet on NTSC, ill work on fixing it after the holidays
