Easyflash cart image added

EasyFlash Cart

I created a crt image of the game with an Easyflash tool, this will allow a faster load time of the game for VICE or real hardware if you have a Kung Fu Flash or other EasyFlash compatible cart. I have tested in VICE and KFF and it seemed to work correctly.
